The Co-Active Model balances self-awareness, a keen agility with relationships, and courageous action to create an environment where individuals can be deeply fulfilled, connected to others and successful in what matters most.

The “Co” in Co-Active suggests relationship, connection, intimacy and collaboration. Thus, the “Co” in us is curious, listens deeply, hears nuance, holds space for others, intuits and nurtures.

The “Active” in Co-Active stands for power, direction, action and manifestation. So, the “Active” in us is courageous, has clarity and conviction, takes charge and achieves goals. (CTI coaching)

Coaching Certification Path

Co-Active Coaching is a journey we take together to demystify your goals and help you find your purpose. Through our journey, I'll help you take your first steps towards them. We are actively working to transform you into your newest version of yourself and through exploring what drives you, what honors you as a person, what you value in your life and we will arrive at a place you've never been, but hoped to achieve. 

Over the past 6 months, I’ve been walking the path to CTI coaching certification, I have learned so much to help me enrich my coaching. In an effort to manifest the right clients for my journey, I am calling for some new clients from all different backgrounds, my niche is evolving and I’m yearning for more clients to participate in this creative journey with me.

My Clients

My clients initially come to me for Agile coaching or career coaching which can turn into work-life balance coaching, wellness and transformational coaching. As the client, you bring your goals and aspirations to the coaching sessions. I love working with entrepreneurs, expats, consultants, yogis, fitness professionals, aspiring athletes, tech nerds,  and supporting women in the community.

What I bring to the Table

My offering to my clients is my openness and my experience as a traveler a human, who has lived and worked in 6 countries. I am a student of spoken languages, some software as well, have lived and worked abroad as a professional in 3 countries where there’s a heavy multicultural influence. I bring and understanding and creative embodiment into my coaching. I hope to bring this richness to my client coaching sessions.

Our Opening Session

What’s involved in a clarity session? All coaching sessions are confidential. The session will be over the phone, and is often enlightening and energizing. I can work with clients in every time zone, every industry, every age.

If we both feel that we’re a match at the end of the 30-minute sample session, I will invite you to go on the  3 to 6-month coaching journey of a lifetime with me. What’s involved in this commitment? We will agree on timing, and I’ll send you some paperwork to make the relationship official.  We will begin with a 90-minute discovery session to dive deep, and three 30-minute sessions per month, or two 45-minute sessions per month. During this six-month certification period, the first 6 clients that sign on with me will get the added benefits of my coaching plus the oversight of two master coaches, and a greatly reduced rate of $50 per 30-minute session. These are fantastic benefits for the lucky few that come on this journey with me! I’ll be learning and growing with you, trying new things and sharpening my skills and this will benefit you. 

Employers

Many employers support coaching and have a coaching budget, check in with yours.  I have several colleagues who are going through the certification process, and I’m happy to refer you to one of them or another certified coach if I feel that would be a better fit.  I’m invested in you. Come along with me on this lifelong journey of discovery into yourself.
