Maureen’s Story

A Passionate Product and Agile coach whose intentions are to focus on the agile mindset shift in the organization from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset and attempting to shift them from a reactive culture to a proactive culture of learning and discovery. As a catalytic coach, who influences leaders on the culture and integration of the Agile Values into the organization and teams. I aim to empower without authority and support individuals and organizations to grow into an Agile Mindset.

Maureen is a newly Certified Co-Active Coach. Yogagility.org is her life and wellness coaching business. She coaches groups and individuals to their next best invention of themselves. She works as an Agile Coach where she uses her coaching skills she’s learned through Co-Active on a daily basis.

She gives back to the community by speaking at local meet ups and is the organizer of the meet-up called Co-active Coaching for Women in Tech
